3. Call Recordings and Transcripts
The Service may record and transcribe calls as part of its core functionality. You are responsible for ensuring callers are appropriately notified of recording where required by applicable law. Transcripts and call records are stored and associated with your workspace.
4. Data Retention
Call records, transcripts, and contact data are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual records from your dashboard. To request deletion of all data associated with your account, contact support.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the third-party providers necessary to operate the Service (telephony providers, AI providers) and only to the extent required to deliver the Service.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us through your dashboard to make a request.
8. Changes
